No bongocat animation when music is playing

Hey,
For some reason, I do not have this really nice bongocat animation when playing audio via Firefox. I tested it with different services, e.g. open.spotify.com. I've managed to get the animation once however, but I have no idea how I did it back then. I made sure I have proper mpris support in Firefox by going into about:config and checking if media.hardwaremediakeys.enabled is set to true. playerctl --list-all succeeds too and shows the current media playing; I'm also able to go to the next/previous track, pause it, etc. But I still can't get the bongocat animation :(

What might be the reason for that and how is it possible to make the animation work?

Appreciate your work A LOT. And thank you in advance!

P. S. Something makes me think that the animation is not perfectly supported in Firefox specifically. I tested it with no other apps, as I'm only interested in Firefox. If that is the case, would you consider adding animation support when playing media in Firefox?

The bongo cat animation depends on reading beats in the playing audio from the sound server and only works if you are using pipewire as your sound server

I've actually been using pipewire as my sound server all that time. Over the past ~8 hours I think I've tried everything I could, starting with reinstalling pipewire & wireplumber and finishing with some detailed configurations according to pipewire docs, but still no luck.

Strangely enough, I found out that the animation starts working as soon as I connect my headphones. Then, if I restart caelestia shell, the animations stops, but if I run systemctl --user status pipewire pipewire-pulse wireplumber after that, the animation starts again. If I disconnect my headphones, then the animation would still continue, but if I restart caelestia shell after disconnecting my headphones, then there's no way I can get the animation back.

At this point, I'm pretty much lost. I hope it is is something simple that I'm missing. If that is the case, please let me know; looking forward to hearing from you

Well, nevermind
It turned out dead simple. All I had to do is to just switch my input device from stereo microphone to digital microphone, like this:

for some reason, the only action that fixes this for me is by running systemctl --user pipewire pipewire-pulse wireplumber.
