Is there a proper way to config/override hyprland variables file?

As of now, it seems that ~/.config/hypr/variables.conf is not meant to be edited directly, as it can cause conflicts when pulling from GitHub. The file ~/.config/caelestia/hypr-user.conf is getting loaded too late to affect any of the keybinds or any of the previous parameters the user may like to change.

Okay, I've just discovered the ~/.config/caelestia/hypr-vars.conf that does exactly that.
