migrate git source on a resource

I previously used the github integration, but have migrated the source code to another place and would like to switch to a webhook/deploy-key setup. However, there does not appear to be a way to do this through the UI. Am I correct that the only path forward is to manually make a new resource, copy in the configuration from the original resource, and then remove the old resource after the new one is working?

I'm on v4.0.0-beta.463 if that helps.

EDIT: to be a little more specific, I mean that there is no way to switch the git URL. The webhook and deploy keys are all set up, but it will still pull from github until I can change that (or make a new one).
