Drop Spigot API and PowerMockito in favor of Paper 1.21.11, BentoBox 3.14.0-SNAPSHOT, JUnit 5 + Mockito 5 mockStatic, and MockBukkit. Replace the custom ServerMocks helper with MockBukkit and add a local WhiteBox reflection helper. Rewrite checkSpigotMessage to capture the Adventure Component path User now uses in BentoBox 3.14. Reconciles two parallel modernization efforts: master added web map markers plus a shared CommonTestSetup-based JUnit 5 + MockBukkit migration targeting BentoBox 3.12, while develop bumped to BentoBox 3.14 (and build 1.19.0) with the locales MiniMessage conversion. pom.xml keeps develop's BentoBox 3.14 / build 1.19.0 and picks up master's newer plugin and level versions. Test files use master's CommonTestSetup refactor, with checkSpigotMessage rewritten to capture player.sendMessage(net.kyori.adventure.text.Component) so it works against BentoBox 3.14's User, which routes through Adventure instead of the legacy spigot().sendMessage(TextComponent) path.
