Strictly speaking this is post-1.0.0 of deploy as the image includes changes such as https://github.com/SeldonIO/seldon-deploy/pull/1838

The deploy image is closest thing to 1.0.0 that works for Red Hat marketplace. All changes are in the deploy codebase so will be in 1.1 etc.
